1. General Care

• Our hair is made from 100% real human hair (double drawn)

• Treat the hair like your own natural hair

• Avoid strong pulling, rubbing or tearing.

• Loosely braid or tie your hair before going to sleep

2. Washing

• Wash your hair 1-2 times per week (depending on usage)

• Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner

• Always wash from top to bottom , do not rub in a circular motion.

• Do not apply shampoo directly to the bonding points (with tapes, keratin, etc.)

3. Care & Moisture

• Use a moisturizing mask regularly

• Apply argan oil or hair serum only to the lengths and ends

• Do not apply oil directly to bonds, tapes, or seams.

4. Blow-drying, straightening & curling

• Always use heat protection

• Maximum heat: 180–200°C

• Do not smooth over joints

• Less heat = longer shelf life

5. Sleep

• Never sleep with wet hair

• Satin or silk pillowcase recommended

• Loosely braid your hair before going to sleep

6. Swimming & Vacation

• Wet your hair with clean water before swimming

• Rinse immediately afterwards

• Salt and chlorinated water can shorten the shelf life

• Sunlight can lighten colors – UV protection recommended

7. Dyeing & Bleaching

• Hair can be dyed , but not recommended at your own risk.

• Bleaching significantly shortens the lifespan

• Always visit a professional hairdresser

• No liability for chemical post-treatment

8. Durability

• Lasts 2-3 years & longer with proper care

• Durability depends heavily on care, use & styling.

9. Exchanges & Hygiene

• For hygiene reasons, exchanges are not possible after opening.

• Please check length, color & structure before inserting
